cPanel upgrade now its not working

hi i upgrade my cpanel from v60 to v62 and now its not working any more i mean i cant login cpanel may i know how i can access my cpanel now actually my cpanel got stuck on 88% and its not complete full and then i refresh page and then its not works now any more plz help me how i can fix that issue thanks.

  issure resolve i just run this command service cpanel restart and now everything is ok
