  Answer Michael and thank you for suggesting a solution. But I have not found a solution to this in mxtoolbox even though I have implemented them.

  Do you receive the same result after disabling "Introduce a delay into the SMTP transaction for unknown hosts and messages detected as spam" in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager"? Thank you.
