I can not access the domain directly

I can access my site correctly using mod_userdir example: mydomain.com/~myacountdomain But if I try to access directly from my domain for example Mydomian.com Appears Default Web Site Page SORRY! If you are the owner of this website, please contact your hosting provider:

  make sure you have correct IP configured in DNS as long httpd.conf, The document root of website should be set to /home/username/public_html while browsing the website see if you are getting any errors at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_logs
