Hello, Could you let us know what version of cPanel is installed on this system? You can check with the following command:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
Also, are individual SSL certificates installed on the domains? Is the server's hostname, or "mail.domain.tld" used in the email clients? Thank you.

Hello, cPanel Version: 11.50.0.29 Our clients use our address to configure their managers (mail.myserver.com). The old certificate was working normally, but it has expired. The renewed certificate has been applied, but the old one is still being delivered.

Newer versions of cPanel include support for free SSL certificates through the AutoSSL feature, and per-domain mail SNI: What is Domain TLS - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
