DKIM record disappear from "Email authentication"

Hi. I am trying to set the DKIM record of "Email authentication" CPanel zone, but its dissapear. I set to enabled, and now,instead the record there is the next text: "Status: Enabled Active (DNS Check Passed)" I need the record to set it in my domain provider website. Could you help me please? Thank you

  Hello, Is the account assigned the Paper Lantern theme? If so, you should see "Your current raw DKIM record is:" beneath the DKIM section in "cPanel >> Authentication". Thank you.

  Thank you Michael. The theme is the basic. Before the DKIM record appear, but not now. Look the screen capture. The SPF record is showed image.ibb.co/gu3ZDv/cpanel_dkim.png

  Hello, Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system? You can check with the following command:
  cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
