Prevent Notification Email for upgrading/downgrading

Hi, I was trying cpanel, with about 70 users on a plan on the server. When i modify the plan details, immediately the server sent out 70 notification emails to the 70 users, and my server was immediately suspended. How do i prevent this? Any way to disable notifications emails? Thanks!

  Hello, You can browse to "WHM >> Contact Manager" and click on the "Notifications" tab to control how you are notified about each notification type.
