RoundCube Contact lost on server to server transfer
Hello,
I have transfer and account from one WHM to a new WHM server using the WHM transfer tool but it seems that the old server had SQLite for Roundcube and the new server had the default RoundCube MySQL database.
So the issue after the transfer is that all contacts in Rouncube disappeared. Can you point me out to where those contacts are stored and how to import them back. Please note that the account on the old server has been terminated but I have a full backup that I can restore files from it.
Yes I could do a full restore(27GB) but it would erase new emails. Would be better just to find the exact file and do a mysql dump.

Does this file exist? ./mysql/roundcube.sql tar -tvf user.tar.gz cpmove-heartofm/mysql/roundcube.sql

Hello, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look to determine why the transfer process failed to convert the Roundcube contacts data to SQLite? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0 -
Hi, Ticket number is 8343919 One issue I can see is the new server was using MySQL for RoundCube and the old server running SQLite. Thanks! 0 -
Hello, To update, it looks like the issue was addressed by moving the existing Roundcube db files and replacing them with the old ones from before the transfer was initiated. Thank you. 0 -
