IP Blacklisted. Anyway to change e-mail IP?

Hello, one of my clients had malicious script on server and it made spam without control. Result of this, we can't send any e-mail on server. Some companies blocked our IP address. Is there anyway to change outgoing e-mail IP address without changing server IP?

  Hello, IP change is not solution. If you change mail service IP and still spam mail going then the IP will blacklist. You need to disable spam script and submit IP removal request. IF you want to change ip then please refer below URL [Removed]
