    When clients go to webmail.domain.com it gives them an https warning because I am assuming their is a self-signed cert for this domain.

    Hello, The issue you are facing is actually addressed in cPanel version 64: SSL proxy subdomains In cPanel & WHM version 64, we added the ability to add SSL to proxy subdomains.
    The AutoSSL feature automatically adds proxy subdomains to the free signed SSL certificates. cPanel 64 is currently published to the "Edge" and "Current" build tiers. Thank you.
