Problem Updating cPanel
Hello,
I have version 11.50.0.29 of WHM cPanel installed on my system. This morning, when performing the system upgrade to the stable version (11.62.0.17), however, upon reaching the 11.56.x update the WHM cPanel service stopped working, accusing the 500 Internal Server Error.
Is it possible to upgrade from version 11.50.0.29 to version 11.62.0.17 without experiencing these types of problems? As my server is VPS, I went back to SnapShot before the update, and I'm back with the functional service, but I need to update the version of my WHM cPanel to activate the new features it has.

Hello, Could you let us know the output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Have you tried to run the "/scripts/upcp --force" command to see if the update proceeds? Note that if you want to update to individual versions, you can enter the version number in the /etc/cpupdate.conf file per the instructions on this post: /scripts/upcp --force exited with code 65280 Thank you.0 -
Hello Michael, I'll test this way, I'll report the result here when I finish. 0
