Contact US UAPI

I have read about the API and it is awesome to use. But I can't understand this concept. UAPI Functions - Contactus::is_enabled - Software Development Kit - cPanel Documentation 1. How the cPanel user can contact the hosting provider. 2. If they are contact hosting provider. Hosting provider is Reseller or The VPS Provider or the Dedicated Server. 3. Where we need to update the contact e-mail id's for the hosting provider, contact support, web-link, If possible chat support link. These are the doubts for me. Please help me on it.

  Hello, This UAPI function relates to a cPanel feature in the X3 theme (X3 is no longer offered in recent versions of cPanel). Here's the corresponding document from when this feature was offered: Contact Customer Support - Version 58 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

  Is this possible to get this feature in Paper Lantern theme? May I know the reason why this feature is no longer available.
