Missing emails after maildir to mdbox conversion

Hello. I converted a domain from maildir to mdbox via the WHM Mailbox Conversion utility. Everything seemed to go smoothly, but now I have users saying that they are missing older emails"basically anything prior to the conversion. I opted to "Keep old mailbox files" and also took a snapshot of the server before the conversion. Two questions... 1. Any idea why the older emails are not showing up after the conversion 2. Is there a way to restore the "old mailbox files" I am running WHM 62.0 build 17. Any other details needed? Thank you for any and all help! Jon

  Hello, To update, it looks like this occurred due to the system reaching it's disk space limit during the conversion attempt. Browsing to "WHM >> Mailbox Conversion" and converting the account back to the Maildir format, then converting it again to mdbox should address the issue (once the disk space usage issue is cleared up). Thank you.
