I am using a VPS server. Previously all my mail server incoming and outgoing mail.hostname.tld. But after moving the server the "Secure SSL/TLS Settings" has become from "mail.hostname.tld" to "hostname.tld". But "Non-SSL Settings" remains the same as "mail.hostname.tld". Can anybody kindly give any idea how will I change "Secure SSL/TLS Settings" has become to "mail.hostname.tld"?

  Hello, Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system?   Thanks for the information. My cPanel version is: WHM 62.0 (build 20). But my current panel is under 1 month trial mode. Is that the reason that it is creating such behavior?

  Hello, Certificates should still generate under a trial license. Have you enabled the AutoSSL feature for your accounts via "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL? The option is documented at: Manage AutoSSL - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

  Thanks for the reply. After Enabling license, everything become ok. It was a new experience that trial version have less features. Thank you again for your valuable information.
