Error installing prestashop with softaculous

Excuse me. Hi. I have more or less this problem. To install the new prestashop version this error message is show Se han encontrado los siguientes Errores : [LIST]

Required PHP extension not found : fileinfo

  Hello, You can install PHP extensions in EasyApache 4 via "WHM >> EasyApache 4" or through YUM. EX:
  yum install ea-php56-php-fileinfo
  You'd replace "php56" with the version of PHP you want to install the extension for. Thank you.

  thank you Michael, I can"t know how locate "WHM >> EasyApache 4" this option is in cPanel?

  You'll need root access to the server to access that option in Web Host Manager or to install the extension via SSH. I recommend contacting your web hosting provider to see if they can install the extension if you do not have root access to the system. Thank you.
