Whitelist one email address only

I have one email address, from which the mail must go. But exim rejected emails from this address. Reason: 2017-04-07 10:40:19 H=(sqlmega2) [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX]:53798 rejected MAIL : Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1) From the other side, nothing will change. There is only one way out, add an email to the list of exceptions. How to do it? Thanks.

  Hello, You can disable the following option in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" under the "ACL Options" tab: "Require RFC-compliant HELO" The available trusted hosts lists still require the RFC-compliant HELO when this option is enabled. Thank you.
