    Hi, Did you check the exim logs to see why the mail is being rejected? Please check and send in the logs here, so they can be reviewed and discussed further..

    I think they are running it through a third party which might be causing the issue as the error now shows: on the top rejected your message to the following email addresses: Your message couldn't be delivered. When Office 365 tried to send the message, the external email server returned the error below. This is probably due to a problem or policy setting on the recipient's email system." and in the bottom of the error message gave this error: Remote server returned an error -> 550 authentication required " The exim log contains nothing about this issue
