Mysql backup 4 times a day

Hello everyone, I need to backup my all the databases of one account on daily basis on my server 4 times a day ( 12pm / 3pm / 6pm / 12am ) Can anybody on this forum please assist me in doing so using cPanel backup feature, Or do i have to use any third party software to accomplish this, as i will also need to use restore from time to time :( Thank you
