Suspend Login - will forwarders still work?

Hi Everyone, I would like to suspend someone for being able to login to an email account. Please could you confirm the following - 1. Would it suspend login from the online webmail system and all email clients e.g. outlook programs etc. 2. When suspending login only, would any forwarders still work?

  Hello, This function suspends a user's ability to log in to, send mail from, and read their mail account (through Webmail or their email client). The account will still receive and forward email unless you also suspend incoming email.
