Hi Dilan, You need to register with Hotmail and then sign up to Microsoft's SNDS: Smart Network Data Services Then register your domain/IP: SNDS - Request Access You need to make sure that an E-Mail address registered within the DNS details is accessible to you, ie hostmaster@domain.com[/EMAIL], to report the domain for evaluation. There are a few tutorials/posts on Stackoverflow about this issue, and possibly on here also. Initially if successful the domain will be removed from the black-list on probationary terms. However mail sent to Hotmail etc will still most likely end up in the Spam folder of the recipient... It's a pain but it slowly resolves itself as the domains reputation improves. Hope that helps.

You need to also set SPF record and RDNS to avoid such issues.

Hello, In addition to contacting Hotmail, you should also ensure your server is following the guidelines documented at: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.
