Hi Dilan, You need to register with Hotmail and then sign up to Microsoft's SNDS: Smart Network Data Services Then register your domain/IP: SNDS - Request Access You need to make sure that an E-Mail address registered within the DNS details is accessible to you, ie hostmaster@domain.com[/EMAIL], to report the domain for evaluation. There are a few tutorials/posts on Stackoverflow about this issue, and possibly on here also. Initially if successful the domain will be removed from the black-list on probationary terms. However mail sent to Hotmail etc will still most likely end up in the Spam folder of the recipient... It's a pain but it slowly resolves itself as the domains reputation improves. Hope that helps. 0 -

You need to also set SPF record and RDNS to avoid such issues. 0 -
Hello, In addition to contacting Hotmail, you should also ensure your server is following the guidelines documented at: How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0
