    Hi, If you have root access for your server then try to remove DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster using following command. /scripts/killdns domain.com After completing the steps above, you can re-attempt the account creation. If you do not have root access then contact to your hosting provider.

    Hello, Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". You may need to report this issue to your web hosting provider if you do not have root access to the system, as it's possible the zone is still added to a DNS cluster. Thank you.

You will need to report this issue to your reseller hosting provider if you do not have root access to the system, as it's possible the zone is still added to a DNS cluster and needs to be removed by the root user if you do not have access to "WHM Home " DNS Functions " Delete a DNS Zone".
