Missing email accounts after upgrade to cPanel 64 when using x3?
Hello,
Last night two servers were automatically upgraded to cPanel 64, and now we have noticed that the email accounts of some domains are missing on both servers.
The files and folders are still there, but the email accounts don't show up in the cPanel interface.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
I've already opened a support ticket, but wanted to know if someone knows a fix for this issue.
I've already looked into a few threads but haven't found a solution yet:
Email accounts disappeared from cPanel.
email accounts disappeared
Email Accounts Missing !!!
Emails are missing
Thanks.-

Hello, Had the same problem. Change the theme to the new default (paper_latern) should fix it. Ensure that under ~user/.cpanel/email_accounts.json that the missing accounts are still in there and accounts data are in ~user/mail. If not, you may need to do a restore Best Regards, Ben 0 -
Hello, The The modify_accounts Script - Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you. 0 -

Hello, Same trouble. I can not see the list of mail accounts after last upgrade. X3 or Paper Lantern => no email accounts. cat /usr/local/cpanel/version 11.64.0.15
Can you help me ? [EDIT] I force the update and all seem ok. Thx Eric0 -
