Boxtrapper black list (blocking) causing email looping

I'm new to the forum
Researched in the forum for this issue, but did not see anything exactly. Forgive me if I've missed it.
My Specs:
cPanel Version: 62.0 (build 17)
Apache Version: 2.2.31
MySQL Version: 5.5.54-cll
Architecture: x86_64
Operating System: linux
My host sent me a email quoting the following:
"Hello
Boxtrapper blocking of following email addresses is causing email looping resulting in 10000's of emails being generated from your account. To ovoid this abuse we have disabled your outgoing email address facility till you reply with confirmation.
You blocked following email addresses in boxtrapper, instead of blocking, please always use ignore to ovoid email loops.
"email addresses omitted"
Please reply with confirmation that you will not set boxtrapper blocking and instead use boxtrapper ignore list to restore your outgoing email access.
Please feel free to contact me in case you need further assistance.

My response:
"Then what is the point of having box trapper black list feature if it causes this problem?

Hello, Could you elaborate a little more on what's happening with the address you blacklisted in BoxTrapper? For instance, is the blacklisted address delivering a specific type of response, bouncing a message, or exhibiting some other behavior? Is it a remote address hosted on an external mail server? Michael I've contacted my web-host to learn if they can help respond to this, hopefully they will enter the thread for a detailed response. In the meanwhile the best I can offer at this moment since, I do not have admin control over the install of the cPanel installation, would a detailed copy of the email header be helpful? Of course omitting personal info? Thank you. 0 -

Hello, We'd need more information to see if this relates to an issue with BoxTrapper's loop protection. Feel free to ask your hosting provider to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at the Exim logs and see what's happening. Thank you. 0
