Using multiple HDD's with cPanel

Hello, I bought new server today and I added 4x512GB SSD and 2X480GB SSD in it. It does also have 2TB Sata drive. The question is, can I use all of them together with cPanel? What I want is adding them to cPanel and sites in my server hosted randomly with that drives.

  Hi, If you want to use multiple disk on one server then I think RAID partition is better option. You have to configure raid and use all disk.

  Hello, You can utilize the following options in "WHM >> Basic WebHost Manager" Setup": Enter the location where you wish for new users' home directories to be created. - Select a location in your server's file system to contain all of your cPanel users' home directories, or enter one in the text box. Additional home directories matching the following value will also be used for new home directory creations. - Select an additional directory that you wish to use to store your cPanel users' home directories, or enter one in the text box. If you use more than one directory to store cPanel accounts, the directory with the most free space automatically stores new accounts. This option only accepts one value. Thank you.

  How can I use more than one directory? I added new drive to one my servers now. But I can't see it on cPanel. Can you tell me how can I mount new drive to cPanel to use it as home2?

  I succesfully mounted drive to Centos and I formatted it now. Now next question is, how can I configure it as backup drive or home2? I couldn't find a way to createa home2 folder or backup folder in this new mounted disk. Thank you so much.

  This is answered in steps 3 through 5 in the URL referenced in my last response. Keep in mind this is unsupported, and it's advised to seek out the help of your data center or a system administrator if you are uncomfortable taking these types of actions on the system. Thank you.
