being able to use curlftpfs

Hello Cpanel Gurus, I would be able to use curlftpfs on Cpanel full backups (Weekly), when it was compressing it would compress directly to the ftp... This way it would avoid writing the .tar file to the server disk and then copying to the ftp... curlftpfs mounts the ftp... How can there any pre and post backup file where I can add some linux commands? CurlFtpFS - A FTP filesystem based in cURL and FUSE Thanks
