Backup stalled notification

I have regular weekly backups but this week, I've been receiving the error below for 2 consecutive days already. The process "/usr/bin/rsync -rlptD --exclude=lastrun/* --exclude=bwusagecache/* --exclude=serviceauth/* --exclude=dnsrequests_db/* --exclude=configs.cache/* --delete /var/cpanel/ /backup/weekly/incremental/system/dirs/_var_cpanel" stalled while it ran for user "root". May I know what this means? Also, I have not received any Backup Completed notification yet. Thanks.

  Check to see if this post if helpful: The process has run for "14 hours, 46 minutes, and 22.74 seconds".

  Thanks will check this out! I have updated my extra cpus, still waiting for my disk raids to finish checking and will do this again. I will update after.
