Reported by IntoDNS, Please let me know this fix. Recursive Queries: I could use the nameservers listed below to performe recursive queries. It may be that I am wrong but the chances of that are low. You should not have nameservers that allow recursive queries as this will allow almost anyone to use your nameservers and can cause problems. Problem record(s) are: 173..xxx.x.xx 173..xxx.x.xx

  Yes, Only for DNS.

  This is a problem caused by cloudflare dns servers. There is no interest in cpanel.

  Cloudflare says: The results provided by intodns are not accurate regarding recursive. Cloudflare IPs do not provide recursive DNS. We"ve let the site operator know.
