also, /etc/security/limits.conf is empty i didn't set anything csf and lfd i set email alerts for proccess but i didn't set to kill and this is error for the same user

Hello, It's seems that pigz compression is enabled in Tweak Settings and the number of processes and block size both been set to zero. If so then try to change values and set default values. For mode information you have to check below post cpbackups pkgaccts transfer or move account not working tar and gzip error logs - solved

Thank you for replay but that is not it. My Settings are: gzip compression level=6 gzip_pigz_processes=1 Number of kilobyte chunks per compression work unit=4096

What happens if you remove this file from the account? domain-com-default-2-complete-2017-03-08-11-47-05.zip
