Hello, Could you verify the permissions on /home, and how the partition where your accounts are stored is mounted? EX:
    stat /home cat /etc/fstab
    Thank you.

    stat:
    File: `/home' Size: 12288 Blocks: 24 IO Block: 4096 directory Device: fd00h/64768d Inode: 22151169 Links: 282 Access: (0711/drwx--x--x) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root) Access: 2011-09-23 19:50:20.000000000 +0800 Modify: 2017-04-19 10:57:44.813000002 +0800 Change: 2017-04-19 10:57:44.813000002 +0800
partitions are pretty standard on regular kvm-guest with lvm:
    /dev/mapper/vg-lv_root / ext4 noatime,usrjquota=quota.user,jqfmt=vfsv0 1 1 UUID=b52ec4b9-13db-463a-b2a9-822c2d61a05e /boot ext4 defaults,noatime 1 2 /dev/mapper/vg-lv_swap swap swap defaults 0 0
