cURL Failing After recent EA4 update

Php-curl can not be enable after update.

  Hello, There's a known issue with the cURL package on systems running CloudLinux after the most recent EA4 update. The issue is fixed in the latest PHP for EasyApache 4 update from CL: PHP for EasyApache 4 updated Thank you.
