    Hello, Make sure your supplier's mail server IP is not blacklisted. Might be IP is blacklisted and due to that you are not receiving mails from supplier.

    Hi SysSachin, Thank you for your message. We didn't blacklist the supplier. Is spam bar set to +++++ is too high and that might be the problem?

    Hello, Do you have root access to this system? If so, search for their email address in /var/log/exim_mainlog to see what happened. EX:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
