Attaching an inbox?

Hi there folks Hoping you can help, at this moment we have various email accounts set up to forward to gmail and one which is for a board of directors which currently is only a forwarding account, i'd like to have it as a solid email account with an inbox. Is there a way to do this, or do i just need to log into cpanel and create a new email address? I've only started learning how to use cpanel yesterday so a bit overwhelmed with the options.   Hello! That's correct. If you just have a forwarder set up and want to convert that over to an actual mailbox, you should just need to remove the forwarder for the account from cPanel, then add the email account under Email Accounts. Thanks!
