Hello, Is it possible that you could send me the domain that you are trying to do this on? I am going to check your certificates to make sure they are all ok and somehow didn't get misplaced during the upgrade. This is also caused sometimes by an issue where that port is being used by the server and gets shut down during the update and never gets reallocated to the FTP server. So before you let us know what your domain is try giving all your important services a restart (apache, php etc.) If this doesn't work give the server a reboot as well and see if that helps any! If it doesn't be sure to reply with your domain name and we can definitely help you figure out what is going on! Regards, Mark S.

There's no need for that. Please have a look at this thread: After upgrade to build 64 - 13 can't FTP fails SSL connect

@Infopro, That is the information I was looking for. I actually just had some free time and was able to figure out the same. I AM using two older ftp clients to connect and looks like they are not going to be compatible anymore unless I make some changes. Settings right now are : HIGH:MEDIUM:+TLSv1:!SSLv2:+SSLv3 Are those the default for TLS Cipher Suite? I didn't look into yet, but what is the underlying reason for dropping tlsv1? Maybe I read something before and forgot about it.
