webmail subdomain shows website

Hello! Since the last upgrade to cPanel 64 my customers can't access webmail via subdomain. If they type webmail.domain.com they see the website. domain.com/webmail is working ok. Anyone having the same issue? How can i fix this?

  Hello, Do you have a subdomain configured for "webmail" under the account when browsing to the Subdomains option in cPanel? Thank you.

  Hello, no Subdomains in cPanel. Thanks I add. It happens on two servers, all accounts.

  Hello, To update, the issue was addressed after removing custom local Apache templates and restoring the default ones offered through EasyApache. Thank you.
