SFTP Connection Failing

Hi guys, I need some help with this. We were happily using SFTP on our SSH connection to connect to the server with the latest version of WinSCP but it is now broken with this cPanel version. Any ideas what I need to change to fix this?

  Hello, Could you let us know the specific error message you receive in your SFTP client when the connection attempt fails? Also, do you notice any output in the /var/log/secure log file when it fails? Thank you.

  All I get in WinSCP is a popup box that says "The server rejected SFTP connection, but it listens for FTP connections. Did you want to use FTP protocol instead of SFTP? Prefer using encryption." Nothing is showing in the secure log file

  Aha, I have fixed it! Some numpty has changed a setting on our firewall and not told anyone! Sorry to have used up your time on this. I will now go numpty hunting!!!!
