WHM Express Transfer and Incoming Emails Question

WE plan to move a VPS to a new server using WHM Express Transfer. I've been reading about it, but I'm not sure what happens with database updates or incoming emails that arrive while the transfer is in mid process? Are they safe? Should anything extra be done to make sure nothing is lost? Thanks for any help.

  Hello, If new emails come in or changes to databases occur after the data is copied/packaged, then you'd have to manually move that data over to the destination server after the transfer is complete. Here is a thread you may find helpful for email: rsync or scp script for moving emails from one server to another As far as MySQL, you could backup the database using "mysqldump", move the database backup file to the destination, and restore it.
