Hi,
Via SSH: /bin/needs-restarting I solved all except: /usr/sbin/lvmetad -f
How to restart lvmetad via cPanel or via SSH?
To avoid restart whole system :)

Hello, lvmetad is a metadata caching daemon for LVM, and not part of functionality offered as part of cPanel. You can find information on how to restart the service at: 4.6. The Metadata Daemon (lvmetad) Thank you.0 -
Somebody from Stack Overflow explained me & give me the restart command of lvmetad(credits go to Tongpu). I've tested on CentOS 7 and restart the lvmetad with success: Restart lvmetad service in Linux / Centos / cPanel 0 -
I'm happy to see you were able to complete the restart. Thank you for updating us with the outcome. 0
