All emails to one domain bounced back
I am having a problem where we can email to any domain except one. All of our email accounts can email out to any and all domains except one, and we cannot email to any accounts on that domain, I'll call it problemdomain.com.
When we send emails to problemdomain.com we get a bounce back message that reads:
I have contacted the IT help desk at problemdomain.com and they have said that they do not see where our server is even trying to contact theirs. I have root access but very little experience and my host has been unable to assist. I don't see where I am getting any kind of error message.

did you checked if the MX record for the domain is configured properly ? 0 -
Check the MX records are assigned properly or not? Try to send mails from email user panel. 0 -
Thank you for the replies. Our MX records are good. The problem is now fixed, however. I don't know how. Late last night I think our host support department finally figured out the problem. I still don't know what it was. At this point I don't care. Just glad it's working. 0 -
Hello, I'm happy to see your hosting provider was able to address the issue. It's possible the IP address associated with the remote mail server was blocked by a firewall rule, but it's difficult to know for sure if the issue is already fixed. Thank you. 0
