    did you checked if the MX record for the domain is configured properly ?

    Check the MX records are assigned properly or not? Try to send mails from email user panel.

    Thank you for the replies. Our MX records are good. The problem is now fixed, however. I don't know how. Late last night I think our host support department finally figured out the problem. I still don't know what it was. At this point I don't care. Just glad it's working.

    Hello, I'm happy to see your hosting provider was able to address the issue. It's possible the IP address associated with the remote mail server was blocked by a firewall rule, but it's difficult to know for sure if the issue is already fixed. Thank you.
