PowerDNS change

I was a little surprised to see my DNS server changed from BIND to PowerDNS. Can anyone tell me if that happened during a particular update, and any consequences that I might face because this.

  Hello, The name server should not have automatically switched from BIND to PowerDNS. Did you notice this after updating to cPanel 64? Are you sure the name server wasn't changed by someone with access to your system (E.g. your provider or system administrator)? Thank you.
