Hello, The error message suggests the sender may not meet the SSL cipher requirements configured for Exim. Are you able to communicate with the customer associated with that IP address to verify if they are using an outdated email client? Thank you.

Hello @cPanelMichael , I have the default SSL cipher that cPanel have! That mean that the client could not login with pop3/imap from that mail client (I see correct login with pop3 from /var/log/maillog)? Also with this particular client I have a "mysterious" problem! This particular client have 20 email accounts! In my server I don't see any connection error but the client says that every since they can't connect with their mail clients! They tell me that the server has problem but I can confirm that exim is up and running and no ip from my clients network is block in firewall etc! Is that possible? Is possible for 1 day all are ok and connect and the other day they have problems? The above error would cause that kind of errors? Any suggestion? I tell my client that the problem is not the mail server but they tell me that it is!! Any help is highly appreciated!!

Hello, Have you made any custom changes to your SSL Cipher protocols or installed a custom SSL certificate for the Exim service? What mail server settings is the customer using in their email client? Could you have them install another email client to rule out any issues with Microsoft Outlook on Windows XP? Thank you.
