Problems after an update of WHM

I've updated WHM to version 64.18 two days ago and since then it fails on relatively high traffic. But on this level of traffic it didn't fall before this update. I don't know what to do. my server is down now. It's overloaded. Maybe something happened to MySql after this update of WHM. Please help.

  Hi, This should be occurring, but I would like you to check the cPanel update logs and see what change were implemented with Apache and MySQL...
