Can't access website

why i keep getting error message when i try to access my website ? i already put all wordpress files on public_html & setup user and password for my wordpress. when i click "view my site" on wordpress dashboard, i keep getting error message

  Seems most likely its DNS issue .. need to confirm if you have correctly Updated the nameserver or A record to point to the correct server.

  Where are you accessing the "WordPress Dashboard"?

  By Wordpress Dash board do you mean domain/wp-admin? Or did you install Wordpress using software such as softaculous? This error is often the result of incorrect DNS as webhostuk mentioned but that is (very likely anyway) not the case if /wp-admin is accessible.

  Hello, Check to ensure the IP address the website resolves to is the same IP address associated with the cPanel account it's added under. Thank you.
