Legacy backup restoration mysql error

Hello, I am running [LIST]

CENTOS 6.9 x86_64 virtuozzo " cpanel

cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 18) I have a problem with several account restore. I receive the following error:
Mysql Preparing MySQL restore " Databases owned by "infocivi" will be overwritten on conflict. The system will restore the database "infocivi_wpdb" as "infocivi_wpdb2" because another cPanel user owns "infocivi_wpdb". Restoring MySQL databases Restoring the database "infocivi_wpdb" as "infocivi_wpdb2" " The system has created a new database named "infocivi_wpdb2". Granting "infocivi" access to "infocivi_wpdb2" with temporary password " The system failed to reinstall the MySQL database "infocivi_wpdb" as "infocivi_wpdb2" because of an error: Failed to grant "infocivi" access to "infocivi_wpdb2": The system could not perform "GRANT" statements on the database "infocivi_wpdb2" for the user "infocivi" due to an error: (XID 5jbv53) The system received an error from the "MySQL" database "mysql": ER_PASSWORD_NO_MATCH (Can't find any matching row in the user table) Restoring MySQL database mappings Restoring MySQL privileges Database users owned by "infocivi" will be overwritten on conflict. The system will restore the database user "infocivi" as "infocivi2" because another cPanel user owns "infocivi". Restoring MySQL grants Restoring MySQL access hosts Storing MySQL Grants
And the database is empty. I got the database from the backup file, manually restored and give manually grant permissions but I want to fix this error for future restores. Thank you for the help! /Dani

  Hi, The system will restore the database "infocivi_wpdb" as "infocivi_wpdb2" because another cPanel user owns "infocivi_wpdb". --> There seems to be some issue with the account backup, the database is written different due to it not able to get the ownership check through it.. Can you try taking the backup of the account and restoring it again see if you get the same error on it..

  Hello, Could you review the /etc/my.cnf file on this system and verify if an entry exists for skip_name_resolve? Thank you.
