Manage MySQL Profiles in WHM

Hey guys, new here. Questions is about the Manage MySQL Profiles section of WHM. I have a two server setup. I have WHM installed on my web server and I have a second server for my DB server. Can I use Manage MySQL Profiles to connect to my DB server? My objective is to launche PHPMyAdmin on my web and connect to my DB server database. Can I use this tool for that? Thanks in advance.
