Too Many Redirects Wordpress

i try to deploy my Wordpress website in my domain - Removed -, but i obtain the error "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". Also with blank installation of CMS. From cPanel I try to activate "Wordpress cpAddon" but the two requests are pending by yesterday. What can i do to solve? The hosting provider is - Removed -, What should i ask them?
