Hello, The 'root' user is not allowed to login to the cPanel interface. You'll need to create an account, either using the Create an Account function in WHM, or via the command line using /scripts/wwwacct.

Thanks that you make the issue clear. But why not? That is my own server und It will not harm to someone else. Who is the 'root' with the email e"e@c"i.com? Has he the access to the cPanel of my server? You'll need to create an account
The created account doesn't have as many privilege as the the 'root' on the cPanel. Thanks! Sky

Hello, Features available in cPanel are not dependent on the account username, but rather on what's enabled for the feature list associated with the account in "WHM >> Feature Manager": Feature Manager - Documentation - cPanel Documentation You may find the following option under the "System" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings" helpful if you want to use the root password with the cPanel username when accessing cPanel: Accounts that can access a cPanel user account Per it's description: Accounts that can access a cPanel user account This setting allows you to specify which users can log in to a cPanel account. This setting defaults to Root, Account-Owner, and cPanel User. [LIST]
  • Root is the server owner.
  • Account-Owner is the account's owner (the root user or a reseller).
  • cPanel User is the cPanel account user. Note: If you disallow root or reseller logins to cPanel accounts, the disallowed root user or reseller cannot access the cPanel icon in WHM's
