Can not log in. Emails went down
We took over a company who uses Cpanel. I logged in yesterday to the example.com/cpanel and made an A name change to redirect it to our current website. It redirected it but shut down all of the emails and now I can not get back into the log in side. That also redirects to our website. Please help our emails are down and that is not good for business.

Yes I know it works. The problem is I can not get back into the Cpanel login page. When I type that it sends me to the published website. Not the area I can log into.0 -
You might try using the server IP address to get in: 123.45.678:2087 for WHM, 123.45.678:2083 for cPanel. 0 -

We use sitey as our web host but their IP address doesn't with :2083 or 87 does not open the log in. 0 -
