Auto SSL not renewing
Hello,
I setup autossl on a vps and in a the tab providers I selected cpanel but still a ssl expired on a domain and subdomains. It gave an error in the browser so i had to go to manage ssl hosts and delete them. Then i had to turn off autossl and turn it back on and then it created a new certificate.
Is this not suppose to go automaticly? Or am i doing something wrong?
Thanks!

Hi, You have to first request an SSL through the AutoSSL for the user you required SSL. The AutoSSL then start an initial check and then an SSL request is send to SSL provider for issuing certificate that AutoSSL can install. Check the logs and see if AutoSSL did the check successfully or not.. 0 -
I dont understand, it was running with free ssl but it should autorenew right? I see this in a logfile though which is the account in question Log for the AutoSSL run for "**********": Saturday, April 22, 2017 9:56:03 PM GMT+0200 (cPanel (powered by Comodo)) 9:56:03 PM This system has AutoSSL set to use "cPanel (powered by Comodo)". 9:56:03 PM "********" does not have the required feature "autossl". 0 -

Hello, AutoSSL will automatically attempt to renew a certificate as long as AutoSSL is enabled for the account. The message quoted above suggests AutoSSL is disabled for the user. Browse to the "Manage Users" tab in "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL" to verify AutoSSL is enabled for that user. Also, browse to "WHM >> Feature Manager" to verify AutoSSL is enabled for the feature list associated with the package assigned to the account. Thank you.0
