Hello, You may want to run the following command to see if it corrects the issue:
    /scripts/fixquotas
If not, review the following document for instructions on how to to manually check the disk space usage in the account's home directory to determine where the usage is coming from:

Hello, Could you let us know the output from /scripts/fixquotas when you run the command? Can you review the files in those directories with the "ls -al" command to verify they are owned by the account username and not by another user? Thank you.

/scripts/fixquotas does not work, it runs but nothing is updated in the cpanel. Note the attachments, the customer has contracted 10GB and only the email directory has 41GB and in his account says that he has not consumed 1 mb. I have the cpanel version WHM 62.0 (build 22) Thank you.

What happens if you change your Style to Paper Lantern? Top right corner of your cPanel, Click the menu in head of page to find the "Change Style" option, where you can select Paper Lantern. Those screenshots you posted appear to be from a custom, or out of date cPanel style.

Please feel free to open a ticket directly to cPanel Technical Support from your WebHost Manager about this. It's fast, easy, and those guys can fix this.

I already solved it, create a payment ticket and they fixed it. The problem was that it had the backups in / home/backups and this caused the error. It was just moving it to /backup and ready everything in order.
